Data or information that can directly inform decisions. That mystical thing data teams are supposed to provide, but the business team will ignore in favor of gut feelings. Usually involves weeks of analysis that results in someone saying, "Yeah, but I just feel like we should do something else." Typically ends with an executive overriding the data.
